Returns & Exchanges

At Sand Cloud, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
